Brand new to this forum. My contract with my pre- i finally up! I'm purchasing the Evo 3d tomorrow. I am a Sprint Premier customer if that makes a difference. What place has the best deal? or any extras? Thank you android community!

If you have one, find a Sprint store. Otherwise, Best Buy, who has always treated me right.

go to amazon...its 180 and no tax....2 day shipping....that is if $20 from the price + the tax is woorth two days lolz.... in my case ( they were waiving the sprint $18 dollor upgrade fee at the time) I saved almost 60 doing it that way

I have prime so it was $180, no tax or fees. Pretty sweet. I waited 2 extra days since it shipped on the 24th, but I got my phone now.

I think unless you need to save 20.00 or so and it will make or break you. Buy were it is the cheapest. I work at a Store and am biased. I think you should buy were you can meet a knowledgeable rep, that can show you how to use your phone. And when you leave with your phone will have your contacts and email address' in the phone. And you can return it and or exchange it AT the store if needed. And of course we remember you if you need "extra" help and try to go the extra mile. You wouldn't believe how many times I hear " I bought it at ..... and they just handed me the phone , can you show me how to use it?" Which is fine with me ( I will get 20.00 for the store) paid by Sprint.

Im trading in a Palm Pre- how much do they give?

My son picked up an EVO a few weeks ago at a local Sprint store, his Pre was damaged and they offered to take it off his hands for 10 bucks. lol

Buy from Amazon!

I never heard if there were/are shortages of inventory. Is it possible to walk into a Sprint store right now and buy a 3D or is the supply limited like it was for the EVO 4G?

On the whole your pretty much SOL on getting anything over $9 on a Pre from anywhere ... Radio Shack would be your best bet for any low in trade-in ... If you buy the E3D I heard they were giving $50 for any trade-in on activating a new phone from them.

I got lucky. I went to Radio Shack. I had the EVO from launch date. I traded it in for the 3d and only had to pay 70.00. I was eligible for an upgrade and Premier cust. This phone rocks and all my friends are envious. I def recommend Radio Shack :)

I don't understand why you guys are trading in evo 4g's when you can sell them for over $250 on ebay. Waste of money to trade in.
