Best prepaid (no contract) phone plans for Note 5?

I'm sorry if this is already on the forum. I didn't see any topics regarding it. Anyways, I want to know which carriers have fairly cheap prepaid plans for the Note 5... I can't even find that Sprint has prepaid plans for it. I think Verizon does, but I figured I would just ask here because researching it is becoming a huge headache. I would prefer a plan around $30 or $40... which, I think, is the least you can even pay nowadays. Thanks.
