Screen or phone body? If screen and they are not deep you could take it to a jeweler and see if he could polish them out. On the body it depends if it is plastic or metal.

on the screen they are little scratches you can notice them when in light on the screen but can hardly notice it otherwise just bothers me a bit as its a new phone but all phones get scratched eventually.

Just use a mild car wax and rub it out. Don't use anything too aggressive and certainly don't use rubbing compound.

I've removed many scratches from friends and families devices this way. All but the very deepest scratches will come out this way. For the monster scratch, try wet sanding. Sounds crazy but it works great.

This ^. I have removed many small surface scratches on glass using a non-abrasive to mild abrasive (depending on how deep the scratch is) car wax.
