Best Rom for battery life?

Just rooted the wife's Dinc, what is the best rom to load for battery life?

Looking for something close to the stock 2.2 Just better battery performance.

I think the better question is what kernal is best for battery life. My revalation is that while some ROM's look better than others, the kernal is where it's at as far as saving and managing juice.

The kernels effect a lot of things like processing speeds, whether or not you can overclock you're processor, and even charging and battery voltage output. I am by no means an expert or programmer I have just messed around with kernels... Some of them greatly help battery life like KingXKernel Kingy fresh #4. Also no you do not need a custom ROM for a Kernel.

I would try Virtuous 3.01 (it just got released yesterday) with the custom kernel. It's been great for me. I had his 2.7 in for about a week and I did see a difference in battery life and it looks like 3.01 is at least the same. It's a sense rom and gives you the opportunity get rid of some bloat.

I will try this one also. I loaded up Redemption rom 2.04 and the KingXKernal #4 going to give it a day or so, but will try Virtous 3.01 too.

Skyraider vanilla 3.0 with kings ASOP #1 kernel AMAZING battery life and doesn't take long to charge. I've been using skyraider since it came out I stand by it 100%

Redemption and KK#5 is insane.Try that combo out.

I've been using RR 2.13 with Chad1213 Kernal and I'm pleasantly surprised.

Great battery life compared to Virtuous 31 with Vmod kernal.

Nice combo though, I'll stick with for a minute...

Redemption and KK#5 is insane.Try that combo out.

I tried this. I did like the ROM but is was pretty choppy. Before I put KK#5 on it, It just sucked the Juice right out of the battery. KK#5 helped tremendously, but I got better battery life with virtuous.

I am trying lightspeed now. I'll give it a few days to see how the battery life goes. Not sure I'm the biggest fan of it though. I do like the battery percentage in the battery meter. It doesn't have it.

Also, redemption gave me HUGE problems with Gmail. It never synced up correctly. It kept saying I had unread messages. I would delete them and it kept telling me they were unread. They would not appear on the phone, but appeared unread on the computer. Went to maildroid while using it, but it was very annoying.

I have Virtuous 3.1 Rom with Chads Kernel. I have been using this Kernel for about a month and I am not happy with the battery life. Also after installing Chads kernel I started to notice that my battery drained from 100% to 90% within minutes after I unplugged the charger. I tried bump charging but didn't seem to help. I had better battery life with the stock kernel. I just installed KingsKernel #5. Hopefully I will see better battery life if not its back to stock i guess until Gingerbread comes out with hopefully better battery life for my poor DINC.

I've been running redemption 2.2 with heyitsluo #4 kernel and its been great on my battery life. redemption 2.3 released last night so I'm hoping its as great as 2.2
