best ROM similar to stock

can someone tell me? i've been trying to google it but can't come up with the right search terms.. information seems to be very fragmented.

i want the stock ui but speed tweaks and no bloatware.

most of the TW ROMS are ported over or compatible with all devices so you end up with a huge file to download that takes forever to boot up first time. One of them was a GB.

Only 2 or 3 of them worked well on my device, Axis was one of them

thanks guys.. will try darthstalker. i'm currently on the AOKP rom and don't like it - too many issues and more options than i really need.
