Ordered a few of the Caseology cases from that Amazon deal - but I need help in selecting a "daily driver" case for the N9. Nothing too bulky/heavy. I'm looking at the Spigen Rugged Armor, Spigen Slim Armor (w/ kickstand), Obliq Flex Pro and Spigen Thin Fit (but not sure about the bottom being exposed and barely any lay down protection).

I haven't used the Note since the 7 so for those who have used these cases which one would you recommend or is there another slim case with moderate protection that you suggest for the N9.

Prefer Name brands not cheapy cases please. Thanks

Uag monarch is easily the best. But there are some budget friendly cases that are awesome. Spigen are great, patchworks are on par with otterbox and run about 15-20$.

I was looking at the UAG Monarch and almost pulled the trigger on it but isn't it too bulky and heavy though?

I have the Monarch and it's thin and light. You can try their feather light rugged plasma case. I wouldn't recommend their feather light plyo case, I had one and felt it was too slippery.

Between the UAG Monarch and the Speck Presidio Grip..... Which one is slimmer???

I've narrowed down my choice to one of those cases.

I've been a fan of Peel cases in the past, kinda pricey though. The Spigen Thin fit 360 looks promising.

Tech21's EVO cases are really thin with a great grip. They have an almost transparent look but have a tint of overall color, and solid colored edges. They're a bit pricey, but they have a lifetime guarantee and "drop after drop" protection. Right now Best Buy has them in Dark purple (that I think would look great on the Blue Note), Orchid(a light pink), Black, and one other color, but I can't recall it right now! I ordered the purple one and got it today with free overnight shipping. Sorry, I would post pics, but haven't figured out how to do that just yet! I'm working on it!

I agree. It has great protection features but is not heavy or bulky, nothing anywhere close the otterbox defender. It's more of a slim like quite-protective design
