BEST smartphone camera for motion/action shots

So, I've got a little one who I constantly snap pictures of, but she's constantly moving, running, shaking at least one of her limbs, or generally in a constant state of motion. I can sometimes get some great shots with good lighting using the GCam app on my Note 9, but when the lighting sucks, forget it. My question is, what's THE BEST camera for snapping quick photos? Like, point and shoot, regardless of indoor, outdoor, lowlight, well lit, etc etc etc.

A lot of people rate pixel phones. Try the Pixel 3a or 3aXL

I'd personally recommend the Google Pixel line or Huawei for a premium camera experience.
