Best step by step instructions to install CyanogenMod 10.1 on S3

So, i tried to install CyanogenMod 10.1 in my s3 and followed the steps in their website, but just as I reached step 4 I got stuck! So, please if anyone knows a good step by step video, page or even a forum that will help a lot.

P.S: This is my first time doing stuff like this I'm no expert!

Did you root your phone and unlock the boot loader before you did this?
