Best tablet for buck?

So I am looking to spend 170$ on a tablet and narrowed down to a few choices, I would very much prefer a 10' so any other recommendations that aren't 10' must be like the best ever lol. So I want a tablet that can handle some multitasking ( by multitasking I mean i can open app hit home and not have to worry about tablet slowing down since i didn't close app). So the 3 options i found ATM are DELL Latitude 10 ST2 Intel Atom, SAMSUNG Galaxy Note 8.0 (although it isn't 10' maybe if i give it a try i won't mind it so bad but still is a turn off for me.), and the ASUS ZenPad 10. I like these 3 Since i can get them for 170$ or less. I like the Zenpad being the newest of the 3 but am aiming toward a latitude since it is cheaper, and I am curious how it can pair up with my windows 10 desktop . but heard the performance is lack luster. I will be using the tablet for streaming,some games nothing too heavy. Certainly don't want lag. The latitude, i just don't know much about windows tablet to really go for it for its features. If anyone can guide me the right way please help.

Nice, around the same price i can find the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4, would you recommend that over the pro? Seems slightly better and is around the same price.

I would say Tab S 8.4, it has the extra RAM 3GB vs 2GB and that can make a difference down the road especially with multi-tasking.

So i found a tab s 8.4 for $200 in fair condition but i also found a tab pro 8.4 for 179$ which is refurbished from Samsung and looks very clean and just got a coupon for 5x ebay bucks which would make me receive $17.90 in ebay bucks so the tablet would come out to $161.10 since i pretty much get a ebay credit for $17.90 which would pay for a case. Don't really think the extra $40 for 1 gb of ram and a more weared tablet is all that worth it. I will be rooting the tablet which should let the tablet last me longer in the future all though my main thing will be streaming hulu lol.
