The white one I think.

It's up to you. I tried the dark colored one first on my Skinomi and didn't like the feel so I switched to the light colored one. Try each and use whichever one suits you best.

I use the white one but I didn't really notice much difference. The white one still leaves indentations on my Skinomi clear protector.
