Best universal car dock

Im sick of spending $30 on a new dock every six months....
What's the best universal that can handle the note 2 and maybe a normal size phone as well?

Proclip from brodit. Comes in two parts. An easy install clip specially made for your car, and you can get an adjustable mount. Ive tried a ton of mounts, and they are the best by a mile.

I use one for my GS3 and it easily expands to accommodate the Note 2.

I never use the CD player... so this setup works great for me.

Is there another that doesn't use a cd player?? I don't have that option
