best unlocked samsung galaxy note 4 to buy?

Well, it depends on what network you're planning to use it on, so that you can find the model with the right bands.

I see, probably something like att I want one that's totally unlocked not one that says att unlocked or tmobile unlocked etc. I guess what I'm looking for would be one of the Factory unlocked? Thanks!
