Best Video Conversion for BluRay movie to HTC Sensation?

I have several movies that I have ripped from BluRay disks to my computer. They are 1080p movies, are in the .mkv file format, and are roughly 8GB or larger.

I want to convert these files into a format that is optimized for the Sensation. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks - that's what I use. However, what are the best settings, presets, output options to convert to so that it is optimized for the Sensation?

Handbrake offers several default outputs all optimized for Apple products (iPhone, iPad, etc.)

I use Daniusoft Video Converter Ultimate and it works great for me. You can use desire or EVO 4G setting. Good luck
