Best Voice Dialer Replacement?

I'm not a fan of the voice dialer on the Nexus. Coming from the Droid X I'm missing how my phone used to confirm the person I was calling before doing it. I've called so many random people accidentally using the Nexus while driving. What would be the best voice dialing app with contact confirmation to replace the stock one?

I agree, voice dialing on the DX was much better. I tried early on to find a replacement but didn't come up with anything.
What I learned was the Nexus responds better to a normal voice volume.
It seems like if you talk loud or yell at it, it just annoys it so it calls the wrong people on purpose.

Can't someone just pull the voice dialer apk from the Droid X and post it? Might need some porting but shouldn't be imposssible.

I tried that when I first got the Nexus.
