Best voltage level settings?

I'm running GummyNex and under settings and performanc I see you can edit the voltage levels. What would be the best settings for fast speeds and battery life?

Might want to try posting this in the Root/Roms section at the top of the forum. Pretty sure thats where all the questions like this belong. You might get a faster/more accurate answer there as well. Maybe the mods can move this thread for you?
