I've tried a few different ones. I keep going back to "Star Trek Watch" since it seems to use the least battery of the ones I've tried.

I can't say it's the "best", but it's the best of what I've used. I can get about 36 hours on normal usage (Auto-3g, Wifi on, no auto HR, No NFC, connected to phone with BT). I get frequent notifications for work email, during work hours, and I use S-voice to send messages frequently.

There's a series of watchfaces called xClock and xWatch. I have most of the newer ones (like 15 or so). Many of them do require you to install a small app on your phone called ximatic gear service, but with that installed you can see watch battery, phone battery and weather on the face. With those series of watchfaces I get close to 2 days, while others like Gear O'Clock and Mr. Time series seem to drain MY S2 Classic a LOT faster....
