best way to block myself from calling and texting certain numbers

I've realized I lose will power far too often. I need to know the best way to prevent myself from calling or texting certain numbers. Idc how whether a password or just when I try nothing happeneds or any other way. Also something with a blocker on them same numbers that if they try and contact me I won't know. Password protection in order to delete the app would be great too. Basically I want all communication with certain numbers to be impossible with my phone. I realize this is an issue that most would say needs deeper solutions but I know that this will help me a lot and probably a lot of others too. thank you

For preventing yourself from contacting specific people, simply don't contact them/delete their contact info.
To prevent others from contacting you, downlaod a call/text blocker app from the play store(theres several, you just have to search yourself), add their number and remove the saved contact.
As for password protecting the apps, im not entirely sure. Best advice i have to offer, pay attention to what you're deleting.
