Best way to get a micro sim card from T-Mobile?

So I'm currently on a T-Mobile plan and I have the SGS2 with a normal sized sim card. How would I go about getting a micro sim card for the Nexus 4? Is it easier to buy it from T-Mobile or Amazon or somewhere else?

Stop by your nearest T-Mobile store, kindly ask for one and inform the associate you just purchased the phone.

You can cut yourself or ask T-Mobile to cut it ?
Or..alternatively: you can buy the cutter from ebay for 4.69

I have used this for "iPad" 2 and 3 so I know it works.

cut it. or walk into a t-mobile store and have them cut it or give you one...
