Best Way To Manage Files?

Hey i been trying to figure out the best and quickest way to mange all the files on my phone. I've tried to do it with the file manager thats built in to the phone but that way is way to slow and too much of a pain to find and move the files you want. Please help

For the PC, I just plug it in as "Mass Storage Mode". That allows you to drag & drop any files to or from your device you want.

How do you enable mass storage mode?
I hate that motorola interface that launches when i plug my phone into my computer.

You drag the notification\status bar (from top of the screen) & choose "Memory Access Only"
