Best way to transfer data from Note 3 to V20 ?

I purchased a stock V20 and am wanting to transfer the data from one phone to another. I used Kies in the past, will it work from the Note to the V20? Is there any danger of bringing things that may have been slowing the note down onto the new phone?

Make sure you have your Note backed up on Google, and you can transfer your info to the V20 using your Google account. Some third party apps may have to be installed separately. After transferring your info, download LG Bridge to your computer. It is the equivalent to Kies (backup, system downloads, etc.).
