What is the best way to unlock the S8+ while it is mounted in a car mount?
Reaching around the back for the fingerprint scanner is near impossible and I'm too far away for the Iris scanner. :-

Have it recognize a Bluetooth device and use smartlock.

I would say to enable Smart Lock in the Security settings. You should be able to set it up to unlock while you're in your vehicle with out entering a security pin/pattern/password etc.

I'm using my Bluetooth headset as a trusted device so it will be unlocked when in car dock

Trusted bt device is best but you could use voice recognition.
