Best Wired Headset

I am looking for the quality earbuds with mic to be used primarily for business calls. I definitely do not want to spend a fortune on it, but sound/mic quality and ambient noise shield are really important to me. I heard that Beats by Dr. Dre products, such as Tour 2.0, are somewhat overrated and may not be worth the money. As I was shopping around, I came across Beyerdynamic MMX 102 iE on Newegg, but I am not familiar with the brand.

Any advice or suggestions will be much appreciated.

Oh yeah, Sennheiser has been around for a while, pushing out some great products. But honestly, I did not use their in-ear headphones in a while, will have to take a closer look at those. Thanks.
