Well, I'm happy to report that I received my phone yesterday evening. I'm still working on setting it up. I thought I was going to be disappointed getting the Midnight Black instead of the Orchid Gray, but the black is fine since I have it in a case. I had really wanted the Orchid Gray, but I didn't want to wait any longer. At this point, I'm just glad I got something since I thought mine was never going to ship. I hope everyone is enjoying their phone. And to those that are still waiting, I hope you will be enjoying your phone soon, also.

That's what I used. I couldn't remember exactly what it was, but that's what I used. Worked for both my Note 8 promo as well as my sons. Received our Gear 360's yesterday.

Well, I'm kinda pissed off. I downloaded the Buy Samsung app to claim my extras, which originally were advertised to be a 256GB SD card and wireless charger. But when I signed into the Buy Samsung app, the offer had been changed to a 128GB card and wireless charger. Not happy.

It was always the128gb card from day one of the promo. Some people reported getting a 256gb instead. I took the camera instead of the 128 th card being $40 retail at best buy lately. If it was advertised as the 256gb card I would of then that deal.

I used my best buy online receipt. Immediate approval.

I gave them a copy of my contract with Sprint and I gave the my BB invoice that I printed online.

mine was supposed to ship next week after approval in seconds on Tuesday. Wednesday the status changed to 6 to 8 weeks. anyone submitting now would likely get the same.

did mine the next day and that's when everyone started getting their statuses changed to 6 to 8 weeks. you definitely made out.

since you only gave the BB receipt, and unless you paid full price, it doesn't show the cost of the device only the tax, you might want to send them a copy of your contract. the page that shows your lease or installment full amount, which is then the invoice for the purchase price.

I chose the gear 360 camera and it arrived in 5 days. I paid for tthe unlocked note8 and the full price was on there.

No the deal was always a 128GB card for the Note 8. Go into any Best Buy and you can see the poster. Also I pre-order on Aug 23rd and the Best Buy pre-order page said 128GB. This is the reason many are choosing the camera. Some Samsung direct pre-order were shipped with a 256GB card.

I just took picture of my Best Buy order screen and submitted the picture. I received a confirmation and acceptance about 30 minutes later.
