I sure hope you're right cause I sold my Note II and I am currently using an old HTC Thunderbolt and it is extremely painful. No storage space and god awful slow. Please be right...please be right...please be right...

Came to post the exact same thing. Went to BB and asked them were they selling the VZW Note 3 tomorrow specifically. They said yes, and that it's first come, first served, so I'll be there an hour before they open to make sure I get my phone.

I hear that. I live in Houston too and don't play when it comes to releases at bb lol. Although the location I go to(Meyerland) say they don't see a lot of traffic for Verizon I want to be sure I have a device in-hand a.s.a.p

PDX here, the airport Best Buy as well as the Gresham store both said that the Verizon version is not in their system and not to expect it to be released tomorrow in store.

You would think if one Best Buy had them, they'd all have them!

Best buy tends do shipments based on store volumes. Bigger stores and cities tend to get a bigger increase in the initial qty they receive. I won't be surprised if some stores don't get any initially.

Houston here, every best buy i have been to, they said they dont sell at full retail, that you have to upgrade or buy a new device with new service.

All the Best Buys I have talked to said the Verizon version won't be for sale until 10/10. Even when I asked if they would get them before they just said can't sell until 10/10. This is sounding like the Galaxy Nexus all over again. The closest BB to me had them on their shelves for almost 2 weeks before Verizon allowed them sell them.

Best bet is to wait until midnight and check the stores shipments. If they are selling it as midnight you'll be able to see what stores will have some available.

just called my local best buy and they confirmed that they would have verizon and 2 other carriers available tomorrow.....unfortunately couldn't put a "hold" on one, so i will give it a shot tomorrow....he said he had talk to a few other best buys and they were all going to sell whatever they had on hand and in stock tomorrow. i'll be there before they open with my fingers crossed....
