Beta 2 available

You should probably factory reset
I've seen a lady here say that didn't help and I just did a factory reset last week I'm not gonna waste an entire day reinstalling and reconfiguring apps just to try.

Have you tried disabling/reenabling Android WebView?
Just did, I then tried launching a music app and it crashed right away just like before, probably the app needs an update but I'll continue to monitor other apps.

What is the downside of disabling WebView?

Ok maybe I should of asked does this happen to multiple apps like most of them , then yes I would start with factory reset if it was happening to me , if it's just one or 2 then it's probably beta not playing nice with them .

OK, so I decided to go back to the pixel launcher from Niagara to get the maybe "purer" android 12 experience. Wow, what an adventure! as soon as I swapped to the OEM launcher my 4a went into a continuous boot loop cycle. I couldn't get it to stop. Finally it gave me an option to either retry or factory data reset. Sooo, naturally I retried. Another endless reboot cycle started. So finally it gave me the choices again and I had had enough so went the factory reset route.
Pixel is back up and running but I was afraid to try the OEM pixel launcher so went 3rd party back to Niagara launcher which is low resources and had been working fine previously. Turns out I made a good choice. All is well again on Niagara and best of all my split theme colorization is fixed, Yahoo! I am now able to fully utilize the material design colors as intended. So a scary time for a bit but a happy ending. I'm staying the heck away from the pixel launcher for awhile and I thought that would have been the safe one. LOL!

I actually didn't reinstall niagara on my second reinstall. It works flawlessly but I was having issues with my keyboard in bubbles and wanted to rule everything out. So far bubbles are working, Instagram is now working and everything is stable. I have kept Niagara on my Samsung though as I love it and have everything setup the way I like it.
