You don't need your esim active in your phone to get it. Connect to wifi and download it

Oh yes I don't need it active I knew that already. What I meant was I haven't tested the phone outside of the house and Wi-Fi

Okay first day so far so good with the SIM in the phone, no issues whatsoever with reception or connections to the car. I will give it a few days and see how the battery behaves and performs. Connected to my my Samsung ultra watch going to roll.

My only issue is when AA is connected. My pixel fold outter screen, and the inner left screen, which is the same panel as the other, goes black.

I reported it a long time ago and still it's present. Hopefully when it gets official status that will be fixed
