Beta programme for this app is full.

I need to update my messenger but whenever i try to update it it's showing beta program for this app is currently full.... my messenger is not opening its asking for update bur m unable to update becoz of dis beta program...pls give me a helpful suggestion

Welcome to Android Central! Go to the Play Store app page for that app and scroll down to look for the option to leave the Beta program.
