Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to get the most battery life on my gn2 and the proper settings to achieve this. I've tried a application called Deep sleep battery saver, but I couldn't see a big difference or I didn't have it set up properly. Recently I've gotten a little over 36 hrs on a charge and I thought that was pretty good. I'm sometimes a heavy to light user. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

36 hours on a stock battery is pretty good! Can you post screen shots of your battery stats and on screen time? The on screen time is really the key. You can get many hours of stand by with little on screen time.

Do you know how to do the screen shot of the battery stats in settings?

And are you on your phone or desktop and which app are you using to view AC? I'm using the Tapatalk 2 app.

I'll display the proper information next time. What settings would you suggest I use. I'm currently using a application called deep sleep battery saver so my sync settings are still on and my screen display is turned all the way down.

I toggle my stuff manually. I used Battery Guru and a few others and found that my Wi-Fi would get stuck off and I would have to reboot, do now I have everything off until I need it. Wi-Fi, 3G, Bluetooth, GPS. I do use location services and Google now. I am battery paranoid and have extended batteries for all my phones. I'm on Wi-Fi 85% of the time, my 3G signal is ok, but I'm in the boonies so I can burn through battery pretty quick on 3G.

What are your settings?

Oops double TT post again.

Update: I meant Juice Defender, I do have Battery Guru too, but Juice Defender caused the Wi-Fi issue. Sorry.

Didn't think about the Google settings. I'll turn that off. Everything is pretty much off. I use my sprint airave when I'm home. But like I was saying, I'm using a application called deep sleep battery saver at the moment so when my screen turns off, it's supposed to shut everything down until I unlock my screen.
