better text messanger: samsung stock versus verizon ??

i switched from textra to mood.

the messages plus app is great if you are messaging other Verizon users. the stock messenger works great and has RCS if your carrier allows it, Verizon does not allow RCS.
both are solid for everyday use but I prefer Samsungs because there is to much going in message +.

I have since moved on to mood. it's actually nice to use and if the other user has mood it had read and typing notifs.

I can't reply to texts on my gear see frontier with Verizon messages + so I use stock.

Another issue i have with verizon messages + app is that when want to send the same message to several people without having to message everyone the same message, individually. Whether i chose recipients reply to "JUST ME, or MMS", the message goes out like a group text in which everyone sees everyone else's contact information, and that's not what I want. I want everything private for each contact.
I DM verizon support through twitter and am waiting for a response from them.

I'm not on Verizon, but I'm going to try the Message+ app.

Update... Verizon support contacted me and told me the reason being is that If I'm sending mms and pictures, the "just to me" feature will not work. It only works if I'm send plain text messages. That just suck because my Samsung stock messaging app does this But Verizon's messages+ app will not.
