Bezel Wheel sticking

I've noticed that for the past week or so the bezel on my watch has been sticking a bit. I will go to make a selection and the wheel will feel stuck and I have to play with it a bit to get it to turn. Anyone have this issue? Can the bezel be taken off to clean/check without damaging the watch?

I just posted the same thing before I saw yours... mine is sticking pretty bad...

The bezel on my S3 gets sticky occasionally. I turn it off and place it in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes. Then I take it out and rotate the bezel a few dozen times in each direction. Then I turn it back on. This procedure has fixed the problem when it's occurred (~3 or 4 times over the past 8 months)
