Wow man, you're Lucky. My boss recently had a biking accident, but wasn't as so fortunate. Broke his back, neck and ribs...then again he was an iphone user.

Maybe the delay is because I have the white one. Either way the lady told me 10-14 days. Maybe that's just something they say as a disclaimer.

There's only three problems: cracked screen, doesn't read sd cards, battery lasts about 4 hours.

Just went on androidcentral and noticed this made the front page so I thought that I should post up a quick reply.

Luckily when I crashed I saw the gate about two feet before I hit it, which I believe saved me a great deal of pain. After falling my first concern, after I decided I felt fine was my poor bike, a two month old Trek 1.5. It turned out to be in good shape, just a few scratches, thank god. As for the phone, at the time of the crash I actually did have the white Seidio Innocase II on it, it's still in perfect condition somehow.

As far as getting the phone replaced, I called asurion and filed it on friday they told me that I would receive a replacement on monday. Today they called me back and told me it was on back order, no date was given.

I share your pain...

This weekend my Evo slipped out of my hand and fell on to concrete and the glass broke... Its definately not as bad as some I have seen online, but for this phone I have now learned I need a ruggedized case.

I will post pics if people wanna see it but it is not as bad as this.
