BIG JAMBOX by Jawbone will not pair with Note4 phone.

The error message on my Samsung Note4 is:
Unable to pair with BIG JAMBOX by Jawbone. Incorrect PIN or password.

Is the Jambox new, and has it been paired with your phone in the past? If it's new then I would get it swapped as it could be an issue with the unit, if your Note 4 will pair with other BT devices that will confirm the BT on the Jambox is the issue. I would also try pairing it with another phone or tablet to see if it works.
