Billing not supported on this version of android market

I've been getting this pop up all of a sudden in the past week or so. Anyone have any idea what this is about? Is there some option I need to turn off?

Rooted, stock ROM

If you mean carrier billing, then I have been getting the same problem. Thing is I lasted used carrier billing in December and now it doesnt work

Never had this message before about a week or two ago. Now it pops up all the time, and in different apps.

Btw i do just get a same problem with after i install some games to my samsung note. Now i try to un-install what i had been install before the day i get the message. But it seem not pop out any 'Billing not supported on this version of android market' message. Maybe you should try it. Or do you have any idea or to fix it??.
