40 what? 40 cents? 40 adult diapers? 40 hugs? You need to clarify before we can fulfill your wish.

Well at least this board doesn't make me feel old like half of the other ones I'm on. Maybe that's why we all get on so well..no fighting and arguing about Sense and the like...

Happy birthday. I wish I could say 40. I am 61!

Happy belated!

Am 41 myself. Freaks me out to think that some of today's college grads were born in the early 1990s - I was already an adult when they were born.

Well to all of us middle aged(and slightly more seasoned) forum members, I'd personally like to say that it's good to see you all interested in the tech that slips by so many. There are enough iPhoner's and people that just buy this stuff and never put any thought into how it's actually used that it makes me wonder why they bothered to buy it in the first place. You don't buy a brand new car and then never drive it over 15mph do you? Hopefully this is a good up-trend and people get more tech savvy and raise more tech responsible little ones. Because as far as I'm concerned the better educated we all are, the better products we can expect/demand from the manufacturers. One day they'll see that iPhones are Androids with training wheels and we're ready for the big boy(or girl) bikes.

I just hit 40 on Oct 2. Doesn't seem right.
I'm glad I don't look a day over 21. But I'm seeing grey hairs which is scary

Well, just for security reasons, I won't state my exact age, but I am older than most of you who have responded to this post! LOL!

With that, I will say that I LOVE my tech gadgets and I have been known as the gadget girl for quite some time. In fact, just today the most techie person I know personally said to someone else that he doesn't know another person who loves his or her phone like I love my phone. I LOVE phones!! And yeah, like Mr. Smith said ... iPhones are training wheels and we are already on the big boy bikes!!

It's probably a safe assumption that we're all probably the most tech savvy in our families. I have family who fly jets for a living, yet they call me to figure out why the sound isn't pushing through the TV speakers in a PC --> HDMI --> TV setup. lol. I guess it's good autopilot doesn't involve HDMI?!?

So many hours wasted recovering data from wrecked drives and zapping viruses.... Pay us once in a while, would ya family?
