Bixby 2.0 weather update

I updated my ATT Note 8 to Oreo and noticed the in bixby the weather card does not update all of the time. Anyone else seeing this?

I've had this issue at various times since the update , the stock widget often tells me temporarily unavailable....yet it worked fine now , as did Bixby weather

It is now working again for me.

Sadly reminding me that it is a frigid -6 C here in the Peg

its problem with weather.com overall. issue with nougat too. Guess someone messed up with the endpoints for the update service.
