Bixby and "Okay Google".. What's the difference??

New to my Galaxy Note 8 thanks to best buy's deal. came from an Iphone and used Siri to schedule appointments, set reminders and alarms, etc.

I setup Bixby and also have my Okay Google going. Whats the main differences in when to use one over the other? Should one be disabled? ( if so how?)

I would typically just need to set reminders, alarms, etc.

Any examples of when use you one over the other?

I use both. Bixby is great at controlling the phone (unlock, change settings, set alarms, etc and there are combinations too - take a screen shot and text it to ...) and it extends to other searches. Google assistant is great at some things on the phone (send a text) and outstanding at external search as well as integration to it's own apps (ok google, navigate home, OR add an item to keep). Bixby is a work in process so I've found it to be less consistent and I'm sure it will improve. Google assistant is oh so impressive - just challenge it to do things and you'll learn what it can do. I'm not an iphone guy but my impression is that these will run circles around siri, so challenge your phone to see what it can do that you wouldn't even think about asking siri to do. And, welcome and enjoy the fantastic note8! (enjoy the S Pen!).

Agreed and is exactly how I use both consistently and reliably.
