Bixby issues

When my phone was set up the young man at AT&T told me how to disable the Bixby button with the BK Package Uninstaller tool. It didn't quite work, so I wanted to give Bixby a real try. I un-disabled it and was in the middle of setting up voice recognition and had to stop - interrupted by my job. Anyhoo, now, when I click the button, nothing happens. Anyone know how to re-enable Bixby?

First thing I'd try is just reboot the phone. After that, Settings, Apps, find Bixby (may be in system apps) and clear the cache, reboot. The unlock you did may not have fully worked, hard to say over the net.

Thank you, issue resolved. I went into the BK Package and found that Bixby Home was disabled in another screen (that app is useful, but needs learning!!). I rebooted and Bixby is back

Personally I wouldn't say that's a good thing But glad you got it figured out.

Thank you for that video, very interesting, but I can't seem to regain access to the voice set up for either Bixby or Google. The buttons work, voice commands don't.
