Bixby keeps activating since last update

On my Verizon Galaxy S21 since one of the last updates i keep getting Bixby activating for every little thing. It activates when I'm watching a show or video on youtube or talking to people. It keeps doing it on my watch before that. I don't think i have it setup on my watch right now so it doesn't activate all the time like it did. I never use the "hi bixby" command so i don't know why it randomly activates.

open the Bixby Voice app, go into settings, and toggle the thing off

Same here. I turned the voice response off as well. Worse thank Siri!

funny thing is since i set up Google Assistant now it's the one that activates randomly. It's so annoying does it almost daily.
