Bixby not working

This morning I tried to do a quick command using the bixby button like I normally do every day, but when I press and hold the bixby button, the bixby icon does not show up. When I try to voice wake up bixby, it just takes me to the bixby homepage. I also noticed that in the bixby homepage, it does not show me my account information (bixby XP, bixby LVL, etc.) Please help.

Sign out. Clear cache. Reboot. Sign back in. Is it still missing?
