If you look at pic I posted above it says Bixby is limited at launch. I am guessing that is why.

Thanks for pointing this out. So there is hope! I think I just assumed that of all the stuff the AI needed to be coded for, forwarding some text to google.com would have been the easiest (and 1st) thing to check off the list.
