Bixby Vision not working!

When I point my S8 to the subjects it says, YOUR PHONE ONLY SUPPORTS TEXT AND QR CODES!
how is that possible?I 've checked everything and I updated all apps and sofwares.I even reset factory my phone but it doesn't work..

Plz help out here

Thse options (Shopping, wine,images, palces)are not available in Search Target section.thats my problem.

yeah actually I have considered this matter, so I used vpn proxies but nothin...

So far i learned that this feature is only available in selected countries and samsung is hoping to provide it globaly.
The countries are:

US Canada UK Germany France Spain Italy Mexico Japan China Korea

Its not a matter of location. me and my father both use the plus version. He uses dual and use single. We live in same place still my phone supports shopping and his doesnt.

I have the same problem with my note
- Bixby vision in camera gives me "QR code only"
- in Galery also
BUT : If I take a photo and use Bixby by waving my pen on it....it works
Don't ask me how...but it works

I just got several updates for Bixby when I checked Galaxy apps

No bixby for me I detested it. It's now remapped.

It is because there is difrent versions of bixby for diffrent countries and it is not yet available in urs but it will be available some day soon it is the same with mine
