Bixby Vision won't open/update on Note 8 after Pie update AT&T

I posted this on Samsung Community site. Best way to get Samsung to fix issues is to look let them know it exists here and their forum.

Bixby Vision won't open/update on Note 8 after Pie update AT&T. I try to open through the camera app or from the Bixby Vision shortcut in my apps drawer and it will always say checking for updates then close. This exact thing happened last year after an update. Very frustrating because I use Vision often. Anyone else??
