Bixby Vision

So I've been playing around with my new phone and one feature I can't seem to get to work is the Bixby Vision. You're suppose to be able to snap a picture in the bixby vision app and it should tell you where you can buy the item online or if its food tell you about the food or with wine, about the wine. But I can't get it to work right.
Any suggestions, or anyone else having a similar issue?

Can you elaborate a bit on what is it exactly that is not working? Do you get any error messages? Just not showing results? Seeing bad results? I just tested mine with image search, food and shopping and they all gave acceptable results. Tmo variant

Yeah I find it a very poor part of this great phone. The translation is awful when it works, absolute rubbish when it doesn't.

I'm not getting any results at all, not an error message. I tested the shopping option a with my wireless charger, something I knew it should be able to find online, but it said no results found. I also tried the food option on a bag of chips and it also said no results found. I have AT&T

Wonder what's causing that. I have a att version and it works just fine. I was using it last night at a restaurant to test it out. Not sure what settings to check to remedy it for you though.

Me either, I have everything enabled and couldn't find anything in the settings to fix it. I would like to use the shopping feature because I tend to look at stuff and wonder what it is.

You have to use the menu feature from within Camera to get the results. If you looking to shop, you click SHOP icon, if you looking to eat, then click food etc. It works great for me. Love it.

I tried it again today and the shopping worked. I've been using the menu feature from the camera. When you use the shopping feature, does it always only show Wal-Mart results? Or does Samsung have contracts with certain retailers to only show their results? I tried it with a wireless mouse and it only showed me where to buy at Wal-Mart.

I've been trying to get this to work, it works on my s8 perfectly but on my s9 there's not even a shopping button
