Bixby won't respond to questions

[Android Central Question]

I just got a Samsung galaxy s9+, Bixby turns on when I call it but when I ask it a question, it ,the message comes up that there is a connection problem, why??

Have you tried uninstalling all updates, clearing cache, then reinstalling updates?

Have you tried long pressing the home button and using Google?
