So since bixby is not gonna be with the phone when it comes out and it being an update is there gonna be any root methods for it,and will it keep after bixby is updated. Im at a fork in the road when it comes to the s8+ i dont no if i can work with something that adapts to my likings automatically or if im super stoked about actually using this phone comin from some that loves samsung phones.

Bixby will be on the phone at launch, only some of it's voice functionality isn't finished yet.

I agree. It doesn't look good when a company (Samsung) speaks highly about something they are releasing on an upcoming device only to have it halfway done. But like Aquila mentioned, it is expected to be rolling out with the S8/S8+ but the "Voice" element of Bixby will not be ready. See link.
