Who's actually going to use it? Seems a little sketchy now and no where near as fluid as Google assistant.

Been using it since the beta on the S8+. I actually like it better than Google Assistant. Seems a bit more responsive on the Note 8 so far.

I I used it on my S8 for some things, but I don't like that Samsung keeps bugging me to use Bixby for actions that I already use Google for. I get they've got a new assistant and they want people to use it but quit being a pain about it

This is my first artificial assistant and so far my experience has been good. It can do a lot more than I thought.

Haven't used it much yet but it is way too easy to open by mistake. I had the same problem with a totallt different placement with the google one on the pixel xl, leading me to believe that the access buttons whether hardware or software are placed where you will end up opening it enough to decide the hell with it I might as well use it.

works great for me, probably would be even better if I was not using a OtterBox Defender case but once the button gets broken in it can only get better

Been using it for months with the S8+. Best to think of it as a different tool from Google Assistant, not as a replacement.

Bixby. although it is somewhat a clone to what the google assistant is, it trumps and does a LOT more than was Google assistant, or even Siri can do. think of it as a bit of Tasker, mixed with an assistant, that doesn't need full root permissions. From custom commands to full contextual actions. It's good for what it is, but you just have to talk to your phone a lot... I'm a doer, so i usually do all of these, or set up profiles/tasks in tasker to get it to do what i want automatically

Think of it this way. Bixby can control your entire device. Google Assistant can search everything and provide information. Best of both worlds.
