Bixvy Routine for DND

Is there some way to create a Bixby Routine that will send an automated "away" text as a condition (either while on DND or during my workday hours)?

It looks like it.

1. Open Bixby routines
2. Click the "+" button
3. Enter a condition for the "If" part to trigger the action
4. Click "Next"
5. On the "Then" screen click "+"
6. Scroll down to "Send a quick decline message"
7. Enter the text you want
