I have the S9 on Android 10 build QP1A.190711.020G960U1UES7DTD1. The rear camera video recording looks horrible, set at UHD 60 FPS. I took this clip yesterday in bright daylight. I have a Sandisk Extreme Pro 64GB card in the tray which has checked out at 88mbps write speed, so that wasn't hurting anything. The shot was ruined, pixelated junk. The file properties on my computer show 320 x 240 15 fps resolution????? WTF??!?

Youtube didn't downsample it, not much worse it could get! Quality settings there confirmed it was 240p resolution! That's not even in the camera menu, the lowest you can get is HD 1280 x 720!

The file size is 853 kb for a 48 sec. clip. I reset the camera settings and seems to be fixed. WHAT would ever make it go to that low a setting? Even that looks halfway acceptable after resetting the app.
