bizarre weather location problem

For the past week or so every weather app insists that my Phoenix, AZ house is really in Portland or Cedar Mill, OR. Whether or not I use regular or GPS location I get Oregon. I've tried Beautiful Home, Fancy Widget, The Weather Channel and Weather Bug. If I start Google Maps it sometimes show me in Oregon while getting a fix but always comes back to my house address. I've rebooted several times since then with no improvement.


When at work 30 miles away the location is always correct, GPS or not.


Suggestions?

Stock Droid 1, 2.2 FRG22D but rooted with Soup or Root.
