Black box on Incoming calls

anyone else getting the black box issue on incoming calls (covers screen)

Can you post a screenshot? Is the whole screen black, as if the proximity sensor darkens the display?

Do you use any display protectors/ housing?

Can you take the call and speak normally? Can you end the call as well?

What I am seeing on the screenshot is the stock Android way to make the call button more visible. This is normal.

yes I can to all the above.... my Huawei Y300 does not have this black box problem (only seen it on nexus 5 and moto g myself)

As Nicole as advised its not a problem, its how it is.

Haven't received a call for a few days and I'd honestly forgotten what the the incoming call screen looks like until calls came through today,but yep, pretty normal.
